Biographical Information

Kyung-hwan Kim played for South Korea in the 1989 Asian Championship and 1989 Intercontinental Cup. The Lotte Giants selected him in the first round of the 1991 KBO draft, and he had a 5.89 ERA in 9 games in 1995. He also won 2 games in the 1995 Korean Series. Kim never pitched another game in the KBO, and the Giants released him in 1997. He later coached Gimhae High School from 2008 to 2019.
