Biographical Information[edit]
Kyo-sung Chang played for South Korea in the 1998 Baseball World Cup. He was 1-for-8 with two RBI and had one assist, backing up 3B Bong-kyu Kang and SS Woo-gu Hwang. The Hyundai Unicorns signed him in 2000, and he hit .224/.257/.388 in his first season. Chang recorded a .188/.200/.188 batting line in 2001, and he missed the next two seasons due to military service. He was 4-for-40 in 2004, then the Unicorns released him. The SK Wyverns signed him, but Chang only played 5 games for them in 2005, and he was released again.
Overall, Chang hit .178/.223/.247 with 31 hits in 4 seasons in the KBO.
