Biographical Information[edit]

The son of Atlanta Braves General Manager Frank Wren, outfielder Kyle Wren was selected by the Cincinnati Reds in the 30th round of the 2012 amateur draft but opted to return to Georgia Tech instead. He was then taken by the Braves in the eighth round of the 2013 amateur draft and soon signed for a $150,500 bonus. He made his pro debut for the Danville Braves on June 20th, going 3-for-5 with 2 runs scored against the Princeton Rays.
