Biographical Information[edit]

Korey Noles was in his third minor league season in 2010.

Noles was 11-0 with a 1.54 ERA as a college senior with 110 strikeouts in 105 innings. He was named an All-American NCAA Division II hurler by the American Baseball Coaches Association. The Philadelphia Phillies took him in the 24th round of the 2008 amateur draft.

Noles made his pro debut with the 2008 Williamsport Crosscutters, going 1-1 with a save and a 2.30 ERA. He split 2009 between the GCL Phillies (1 R, 20 K in 18 IP), Williamsport (3-2, 2.34) and the Lakewood BlueClaws (1-0, 1.17). He would have ranked 8th in the New York-Penn League in ERA had he qualified.

Korey opened 2010 with the Clearwater Threshers and had a 1-1, 3.72 record after 21 games.
