Biographical Information

Katsushi Shirasaka pitched in the independent leagues and the CPBL.

Shirasaka was drafted by the Chunichi Dragons in the 7th round of the 1997 NPB draft, but he spent his first two seasons in the NPB Farm Leagues. He was sent to the Brother Elephants in 1999, and he was 2-3 with a 6.49 ERA there. Shirasaka was released by the Dragons after spending the 2000 seasons in the ni-gun. He then pitched one game for the San Angelo Colts in 2002, and he had a 4.15 ERA for the Cananea Mineros of the Arizona-Mexico League in 2003.
