Katie Gaynor is a baseball player who played for Australia at the 2004 Women's Baseball World Cup and 2006 Women's Baseball World Cup. She is an outfielder. She is the wife of John Gaynor and aunt of Stephanie Gaynor. John has managed the Australian team and said “It’s the only place where I’m the boss, so I try to spend as much time as I can at the ballpark."
