Justin Alintoff has pitched in the independent leagues and for the Israeli national team.

He had a 4.11 ERA and 77 K in 57 IP as a freshman at Indian River Community College. [1] He transferred to Florida and was 1-0 with a save and a 4.30 ERA in 2019, then had a 3.72 ERA in the 2020 season, which was shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Transferring to Rollins, he did not play in 2021 and then had a 8-5, 3.23 record in 2022, walking only 12 in 97 2/3 IP. He began his pro career with the New York Boulders that summer, with a 6.65 ERA in five outings. Moving to the Long Island Ducks in 2023, he was 2-3 with a save and a 6.25 ERA.

Pitching for Israel in the 2023 European Championship, he took the loss in a pitching duel with Germany's Duke Von Schamann. He went 4 2/3 innings, allowing two hits, five walks and one run while striking out one (David Grimes) before Alex Katz took over. His other outing was versus Sweden. He again lasted 4 2/3 IP, this time giving up 11 hits, no walks and 4 runs (two earned) while whiffing five; Jake Fishman succeeded him. He tied for the event lead in games started on the hill. [2]
