• Born November 10, 1961 in Kaohsiung City Taiwan

Jung-Kwei Hsu played in the 1974 Little League World Series for Kaohsiung, which won the title. He later caught for the Taiwan national team in the 1983 Asian Championship and 1983 Intercontinental Cup; in the latter event, he was named the tourney's All-Star catcher and Taiwan won a Bronze Medal. He spent time in Taiwan's army.
