Biographical Information[edit]
Jose Javier played in the New York Yankees minor league system from 2010-2015. He spent the first three years of his career with the DSL Yankees before moving stateside. In his final season he reached low A with the Charleston RiverDogs for eight games. Javier was known as one of the fastest players in the Yankees minor league system and stole 56 bases. Overall he hit .250/.330/.369 while appearing in 278 games.
Following his playing career, Javier joined the Yankees player development staff and worked at different levels of their minor league system.
