Jorge Guzman has played in Mexico and Taiwan.
Guzman debuted in the Mexican League with the 2005 Saltillo Saraperos, hitting .259/.333/.362 in 34 games. He fell to .223/.304/.389 as a starting outfielder in 2006 and fielded only .922. After starting 2007 at .241/.348/.426 in 28 games, he moved to the Olmecas de Tabasco and batted .294/.340/.448. Next came the Minatitlan Oilers, for whom he batted .276/.346/.495 in 2008. He split 2009 between Saltillo (.221/.305/.389 in 49 G) and Tabasco (.206/.308/.294 in 16 G).
Guzman hit .238/.314/.453 for the 2010 Rojos del Aguila de Veracruz but he swatted 22 homers in 105 games. He finished second in the Mexican League in long balls behind Víctor Díaz. Jorge then joined the Mexican national team for the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games, when they won Silver.
With the Mexican season over, he was signed by Taiwan's Sinon Bulls. His first game in the Chinese Professional Baseball League, he hit the 800th homer in franchise history. He hit only .175/.190/.375 in ten games with the team though (driving in 9) before getting cut.
