Biographical Information[edit]

Johnny Mann posted an OBP of .429 in his six games with the 1928 White Sox. His brother Pete Mann had died during a game in 1927.

He was a third baseman, and in 1928 the regular at that position was Willie Kamm.

In 1929 he hit well over .300 for both Providence and Jersey City.
