Biographical Information[edit]

John Ceprini is a scouting supervisor for the Cincinnati Reds. He previously scouted for the Toronto Blue Jays, Tampa Bay Rays and Chicago Cubs. He signed, among others, Jesse Darcy, Matt Devins, Kurt Isenberg, Jasvir Rakkar and Mike Wlodarczyk. He won the A.B. "Turk" Karam Award in 2017.

He pitched for the Bristol Tigers in 1969, allowing 11 runs on 8 hits and 5 walks in 4 innings over 2 relief appearances for a 20.25 ERA.
