Biographical Information[edit]
Joel Sanchez has been a college coach and minor league coach.
Sanchez pitched for Ciudad Juarez outside of Organized Baseball from 1997-1999. From 2001-2008, he was pitching coach for Bethune-Cookman University. He was the pitching coach for the 2009 Vermont Lake Monsters and 2010 GCL Nationals. In 2011, he was assistant coach at Daytona State College. He became head coach of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University for the 2012 season. He was dismissed from the program in October 2014. Sanchez became pitching coach at Jackson State University in 2019-2020. He was then an assistant coach at Florida State College at Jacksonville before returning to Bethune-Cookman.
