Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Joe Oliver was signed as a 2nd round pick in the 1983 amateur draft by the Cincinnati Reds and scout George Zuraw.
Oliver became a manager with the Lowell Spinners in 2014. He was scheduled to be manager of the Portland Sea Dogs in 2020 before the season was cancelled due to Covid-19.
