Biographical Information[edit]
First baseman and outfielder Joe Burt Scott, also called Joe B. Scott, spent 20 years playing for various Negro League teams. He played for the New York Black Yankees, Pittsburgh Crawfords, Chicago American Giants, Memphis Red Sox and Zulu Cannibal Giants over the course of his career (though not necessarily in that order), which spanned from 1936 to 1956.
