Zulu Cannibal Giants
The Zulu Cannibal Giants were forerunners of the Indianapolis Clowns and known more for their antics and costumes than for their baseball talent. An independent team, they did not play in any of the formal Negro Leagues. Some good players did appear for them; for instance, Art Pennington got his start with the team. The Cannibal Giants played from 1934-1937.
