Biographical Information[edit]

Jim Paduch pitched in the minors and independent leagues from 2003-2013. He began with a 7-1, 1.94 season for the Billings Mustangs and finished at 57-64, 4.68 with 7 saves in 227 games (174 starts). He spent part of four seasons in AAA, including almost all of 2012.

In 2017 the Tampa Bay Rays hired Paduch as a pitching coach in their minor league system.

Paduch also served as the 2019 Salt River Rafters pitching coach in the Arizona Fall League. He was slated to coach the Hot Rods in 2020 before COVID-19 wiped out the minor league season.
