Biographical Information[edit]
Jill Barrett played for team USA in the 2012 Women's Baseball World Cup.
Barrett was All-State four times in both softball and volleyball in high school and also competed in track and field, bowling and basketball. She hit .481 as a freshman, .538 as a sophomore and .400 as a junior. She hit .296/.349/.367 as a college freshman, starting at third base in softball. As a sophomore in 2012, she improved big-time to .416/.464/.495 with 43 runs in 56 games and finished in the top 20 in the nation in batting average. She then joined Tulsa teammates Caitlin Everett and Samantha Cobb on the US women's national baseball team, starting at 2B in the 2012 Women's Baseball World Cup.
