Biographical Information

Jiarui Zhu has played in the minors and for the Chinese national team.

Zhu was on the 2019 Texas AirHogs, when the team had an arrangement with China for player development. He was 1 for 16 with a walk, 3 runs and steal as a backup corner outfielder, handling 13 putouts. Backing up Chuang Na at DH in the 2019 Asian Championship, he was 0 for 4 with a walk, two runs and a steal; he drew his walk against Abubakar Virk.
