The brother of Travis Wong, outfielder Jerrod Wong was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the 33rd round of the 1996 amateur draft. With the Macon Braves in 1997, he hit .278 with 15 home runs. While playing for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans on June 9th, 1999, he went 5-for-6 and hit for the cycle. However, he was out of pro ball after that season.
