Biographical Information[edit]
Shortstop Jeff Shireman was drafted in the 23rd round of the 1988 amateur draft by the St. Louis Cardinals. He played in the minors from 1988 to 1994.
Shireman coached the Arkansas Travelers in 1996, managed in the Card's chain from 1997 to 2000, and coached the Peoria Chiefs in 2001.
