Jeff Blair
Jeff Blair is a Canadian journalist who won the Jack Graney Award given out by the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in 2018.
Born in Kingston, ON, Blair grew up in Manitoba and attended the University of Manitoba where he became the sports editor of the student newspaper. After two years with the Calgary Herald, he moved to Montreal, QC in 1987 to work for the Montreal Gazette, where he covered the Montreal Expos for a decade. He then moved to Toronto, ON and joined the staff of the Globe and Mail, now covering the Toronto Blue Jays.
In 2010, he moved to the Sportsnet cable sports network as host of them weekday morning program. he is also a contributor to the network's Sports radio station The Fan 590, and to its Baseball Central and Blue Jays Central programs. He has also published a history of the Blue Jays, Full Count: Four Decades of Blue Jays Baseball.
