Javier José Flores has played for the Spanish national team.

Flores hit .319/.365/.431 with 26 runs and 28 RBI for CB Sant Boi in 2009, throwing out 55% of opposing base-stealers. He tied William Domero for 6th in the Division de Honor in RBI and was 8th in hits (46) and 10th in total bases (62). He led the league in runners thrown out stealing though he only tied for 13th in steals allowed, an impressive sign of his defensive aptitude. He hit .370/.400/.496 in 2010 and threw out 38.5% of attempted base thieves. He tied Emmanuel Febles for 6th in the loop with 50 hits and led in putouts (310). In '11, Javier slipped to .276/.350/.362 for San Inazio Bilbao and fielded just .909 while moving to the infield.

During 2012, Flores switched clubs again, playing for El Llano and producing at a .369/.457/.477 clip; he also pitched, though badly (1-10, 6.06). He threw out 29.1% of attempted base-stealers. He was 10th in the league with 48 hits, tied Kelvin Marianucci and Blake Ochoa for 6th in doubles (11), tied for 3rd in games pitched (18), tied for first in losses, tied for 4th in wild pitches (12), tied Alexis Fumero for second in hit batsmen (17), led in runners caught stealing and was second in steals allowed.
