Biographical Information[edit]

Javen Pangelinan was the starting catcher for the Guam national team in the 2022 Pacific Mini-Games, hitting .444/.474/.500 with five runs for the Silver Medalists. His hit off Josh Jones in the opener saved them from being no-hit by the champion Northern Mariana Islands. He led Guam in hits with 8, one ahead of B.J. Balajadia. [1] It is unclear if he is related to teammate Paul Pangelinan.
