Biographical Information[edit]
Jamie McAndrew was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 3rd round of the 1989 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Bill Pleis and made his pro debut that summer.
McAndrew's father, Jim McAndrew, played in the major leagues from 1968 to 1974.
