Biographical Information[edit]
The grandson of major leaguer Tom Qualters and brother of college coach Shawn Stiffler, pitcher Ian Stiffler was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the seventh round of the 2013 amateur draft. He soon signed for a $210,000 bonus and made his pro debut with the GCL Braves on June 28th, giving up 2 earned runs in an inning of work against the Bluefield Blue Jays.
