Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Ian Parmley began his professional career in 2012.

He was taken by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 7th round of the 2012 amateur draft; the scout was Bobby Gandolfo. With the Vancouver Canadians that year, he hit .201/.359/.254 with 12 stolen bases in 58 games. He stole a Northwest League-leading 23 bags for the Canadians in 2013, while hitting .257/.323/.284, in 66 games to earn Mid-Season All-Star honors. He split 2014 between the Lansing Lugnuts and Dunedin Blue Jays to hit .223/.337/.256 with 14 stolen bases in 56 games. He began 2015 with Dunedin.
