Hui-Jung Huang pitched in the TML for 3 years.
Huang represented Taiwan in the 1984 World Junior Championship, winning Bronze. He was signed by the Kaoping Fala when they were founded in 1996, and he had a 4.71 ERA in 27 appearances in 1997. His ERA was 5.43 in 32 games in 1998, and he played in the 1999 TML All-Star Game. However, Huang recorded a 6.96 ERA in 23 games in 1999, and he only pitched 9 games with a 7.71 ERA in 2000. The Fala released him after the 2000 season, and his professional career ended. He later coached Taiwan in the 2001 World Youth Championship.
Overall, Huang was 7-11 with a 5.79 ERA, pitched 100 2/3 innings and struck out 97 in 4 seasons in the TML.
