Biographical Information[edit]
Hugh McMullen was the back-up catcher for the New York Giants in 1926, under manager John McGraw.
He played for the Minneapolis Millers from 1928 to 1932. He managed for two seasons in the Pittsburgh Pirates farm system. In 1937 he managed the Paducah Indians for part of the year, one of six managers listed with the team that season, and also the Hutchinson Larks. In 1938, he again managed Hutchinson.
