Biographical Information[edit]
Howie Gregory pitched in three games for the St. Louis Browns in 1911. He was 0-1 with an ERA of 5.14.
Gregory pitched in the minors from 1909 to 1925, missing the 1918 season due to military service. He pitched 2 seasons in the Western Association, 5¼ in the Pacific Coast League and 8¾ in the Western League. He was 247-185 in the minors in 596 games. He was also a decent hitter for a pitcher, hitting around .300 several times.
He managed seven seasons in the minors.
