Howard McCullough was a Boston Red Sox scout for 10 years then joined the Arizona Diamondbacks (1996- ). His son Clayton McCullough was a minor league manager. As a scout, Howard McCullough signed Brooks Brown, Jamie D'Antona, Taylor Harbin, Reggie Harris and Steven Jackson.
