Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Reggie Harris was signed as a 1st round pick in the 1987 amateur draft by the Boston Red Sox and scout Howard McCullough.
He was selected twice in the Rule V draft, in 1989, when the Oakland Athletics took him from the Red Sox, and in 1992, when the Seattle Mariners drafted him from the A's organization.
