Henry E. White

Biographical Information[edit]

Henry White won over 300 games as a college coach.

White played baseball and basketball in college. He was assistant coach at Saint Augustine's College then spent 20 years as their head coach. He moved to Johnson C. Smith University as an assistant professor and spent one year as athletic director. In 2007, he helped North Carolina Central University reintroduce their baseball program after a 32-year hiatus. He was 21-24 that first year and was named Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association Coach of the Year. White remained at the NCCU reigns through 2011.
