Harold Rumion has pitched in Colombia and Spain.

Rumion was 6-10 with a 3.58 ERA for Beisbol Navarra in the 2012 Division de Honor in Spain. He was 6th in the league in innings (118), tied Pedro Pablo Belmonte for 10th in strikeouts (71), tied Alexis Fumero and Alberto Magallón for 10th in wins, tied for third with 18 games pitched (one shy of Belmonte and Magollon), led with 18 starts (one more than Leslie Nacar), tied for first in losses (with four others), was second with five pick-offs (two behind Trevor Caughey) and was third with 14 wild pitches. After a 1-0, 1.42 season for the Toros de Cali in the 2014-2015 Colombian League, he pitched for the Colombian national team that won the 2015 South American Championship to advance to the 2015 Pan American Games. He allowed four hits and two runs in two innings for the 2015 Pan American Games.
