Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Gil Aase was signed by Cleveland Indians scout Cy Slapnicka. With the Burlington Bees in 1932, he went 7-4, winning his first six decisions. Shoulder injuries derailed his career, and though he tried to play in 1933 and 1934, they prevented him from doing so.
