Eugene Boyd Depew

Biographical Information[edit]

Gene Depew has coached college baseball for over 35 years.

Depew played football and baseball while at Bucknell. He was defensive line coach at Bucknell from 1972-1992. From 1974-1981, he was assistant baseball coach. He became head baseball coach in 1981. He set a school record for wins, 591, retiring after the 2012 season. He was named Patriot League Coach of the Year four times.
