Biographical Information[edit]
Infielder Garrett Weber began his professional career in 2011.
He was originally taken by the Kansas City Royals in the 35th round of the 2007 amateur draft, one pick after utility player Joey Terdoslavich, but opted not to sign a contract. He did sign after being taken in the 22nd round of the 2011 amateur draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
In 2011, he batted .292/.346/.392 with two home runs and 29 RBI in 64 games for the Yakima Bears and in 2012, he hit .297/.340/.467 with 14 home runs and 65 RBI in 100 games for the Visalia Rawhide. With the Mobile BayBears in 2013, he hit .281/.344/.388 with four home runs and 52 RBI in 104 games. Between the BayBears and Triple-A Reno Aces in 2014, he hit .318/.367/.462 with nine home runs and 48 RBI in 111 games. In his first taste of Triple-A, he batted .353/.405/.552 in 54 games. He was a MiLB.com Organization All-Star that year. He began 2015 with Reno. He played in the minors through 2016 and wrapped up his career in the independent ranks in 2017.
