Biographical Information[edit]
Fred Kipp had most of his major league appearances in 1958 for the Los Angeles Dodgers in the first year after they left Brooklyn.
He had been a minor league ERA champ in 1953 in the Tri-State League, and had won 20 games for the Montreal Royals in 1956.
He was in the military in 1954 and most of 1955. He spent 1961 to 1963 in the International League. After baseball, he ran a construction firm in Kansas for many years.
