Frank Blair
Frank H. Blair
Biographical Information[edit]
Frank Blair is listed as playing for the Steubenville Stubs of the Ohio-Pennsylvania League in 1909 by his The Sporting News contract card. He managed the club for part of the year, replacing Jim Lynch. He began 1910 as the manager of the New Castle Nocks, but was replaced by Jim Barton partway through the season.
The potential exists that some or all of his information has been confused with that of Frank Bair, who played in the Federal League before it became a major league, or that "Frank Blair" is actually "Frank Bair" entirely.
