Biographical Information

Francis Moreno pitched for the Panamanian national team in the 2011 Baseball World Cup, allowing four runs (two earned) in five innings. In the 2011 Pan American Games, he allowed two runs (one earned) on two walks and a hit in 2/3 of an inning. Only Gustavo Gómez had a worse ERA for Panama in the Pan Am Games that year.
