Fabian Marquez was signed by the St. Louis Cardinals in late 2005. He was 0-1 with 30 runs, 26 walks and 25 hits in 20 2/3 IP for the 2006 Johnson City Cardinals and 2-2 with a 5.01 ERA for the GCL Cardinals. He signed with the CB Viladecans club of the Spanish Division Honor for 2010. He debuted on February 27 versus Beisbol Navarra and allowed 6 runs in a 6-inning start, but only one of them was earned.
