Biographical Information

Esau Madrigal pitched in the Mexican League and played for Mexico national baseball team.

Madrigal represented Mexico in the 2015 Premier 12, when they had to rely on Mexican-Americans due to conflict between the Mexican baseball federation and the Mexican League. He allowed a run in 1 2/3 innings against the USA. He met the USA again in the semifinal, and he retired Jacob May and Brett Phillips then Andrew Romo succeeded him. Madrigal joined the Pericos de Puebla in 2016, but he only pitched 2 games with a 13.50 ERA for them. He was later assistant coach at San Diego Mesa College.
