Biographical Information[edit]
Esau Madrigal pitched in the Mexican League and played for Mexico national baseball team.
Madrigal represented Mexico in the 2015 Premier 12, when they had to rely on Mexican-Americans due to conflict between the Mexican baseball federation and the Mexican League. He allowed a run in 1 2/3 innings against the USA. He met the USA again in the semifinal, and he retired Jacob May and Brett Phillips then Andrew Romo succeeded him. [1] Madrigal joined the Pericos de Puebla in 2016, but he only pitched 2 games with a 13.50 ERA for them. He was later assistant coach at San Diego Mesa College. [2]
