Biographical Information

Ernesto Barraza pitched in the Mexican League and the CPBL.

Barraza pitched for the Piratas de Campeche from 1986 to 1987, and he moved to the Dos Laredos Tecolotes from 1988 to 1993. After playing for the Mexico City Tigres for four years, the Chinatrust Whales signed him in 1998. Barraza was 0-5 with a 5.03 ERA for them, and he returned to the Tigres. He was 5-3 with a 6.72 ERA for them, and he also went 1-4 with a 4.98 ERA for the Union Laguna Algodoneros in that season.
