Biographical Information

Erin Collins, sister of Amy Collins, debuted for Australia in the 2012 Women's Baseball World Cup. In her first game, she relieved Taylah Welch to open the 3rd with a 4-2 deficit against the underdog Netherlands. She began by fanning Claudia Kranendonk but then allowed a single to Letticia Lokken-Horstman and Amber Dammers hit into an error. A walk to Lindy Boland loaded the bases. After an infield fly, Sofie van de Wiel was plunked to force in Lokken-Horstman and Kirsten Vierdag singled in Dammers. Lauren McGrath then relieved Collins.
