The brother of Mariano Duncan and Andres Duncan, Enrique Duncan also played professional baseball.
Enrique debuted with the 1990 GCL Reds, going 10 for 46 with two doubles and two walks as a backup outfielder. He stole five bases in eight tries while his brother Mariano was leading the 1990 NL in triples. In 1991, Duncan hit .153 in 40 games between the Princeton Reds and Charleston Wheelers. Now an infielder, he swiped seven bags for the year. During 1992, Duncan was 3 for 15 for Princeton.
In the independent leagues by 1994, Duncan was 11 for 31 for the Sioux Falls Canaries. He hit .335 and slugged .521 for the '95 Aberdeen Pheasants. He was named the All-Star second baseman for the Prairie League that year. In 1996, Enrique batted .287 with a .382 slugging percentage for Aberdeen. He was 1 for 9 for the 1997 Albany Diamond Dogs to wrap things up.
