Biographical Information

Elviz Lara was a teenager when he played for the Bolivian national team in the 2009 Bolivarian Games, 2011 South American Championship and 2012 South American Championship. He was the main left fielder for Bolivia in the 2013 Bolivarian Games. He went 1 for 16 with a walk, steal and eight whiffs, not much worse than the team average of .101. He handled five chances without an error. Another Lara Quiroz, Miguel Lara (presumably thus his brother), was a teammate.
