Eleodoro Arias

Eleodoro Arias pitched for the Dominican national team in the 1970 Amateur World Series, 1971 Pan American Games and 1978 Central American and Caribbean Games. He coached for them when they won Gold in the 1982 Central American and Caribbean Games, their second Gold ever in baseball in a Central American and Caribbean Games (and the only one Cuba did not win from 1966-1998). He scouted for the Los Angeles Dodgers, signing Braulio Castillo, Pedro Martínez, Ramon Martinez and Henry Rodriguez, and coached for the Dodgers in their Dominican Academy for 20 years.
