Biographical Information[edit]
Primarily a pitcher, Eleanor Moore played five seasons in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League. With the Grand Rapids Chicks in 1953, she won 17 games to tie for the league lead, and the next season, she threw 21 complete games and a no-hitter. Overall, she was 43-40 with a 2.74 ERA in 111 games.
