Edward Cannister
Edward Cannister was on the Netherlands Antilles national team in the 1995 Pan American Games. [1] He starred for the Pioniers in the 1999 Hoofdklasse, hitting .452 (2nd, .016 behind league leader Lars Koehorst), tying Koehorst for the hit lead (80) and finishing second with 64 RBI (three behind Raymond Hofer. [2] He was a MVP finalist, alongside Koehorst and former major leaguer Rikkert Faneyte, who won the honor. [3] He later played in Aruba. [4] It is conceivable that he is the same as Edwuard Canister, listed on the Aruban national team in the 2010 Pan American Games Qualifier (or perhaps related).
