Biographical Information

Ed Connor played seven games for the 1871 Troy Haymakers, appearing at first base and in the outfield. The book When Johnny Came Sliding Home lists a "Ned Connor" who played for the Philadelphia Keystones at first base and in the outfield as early as 1867.
